1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Mod Board, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Service
The Mod Board is a real estate transaction management and client relationship tool built exclusively for licensed real estate professionals. It helps agents manage their pipeline, track deals, organize checklists, and project income.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional to use this service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscription & Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Downgrades take effect immediately with no prorated refunds. You will not be charged after downgrading but will lose Pro access right away. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Data & Privacy
We store transaction and client data on your behalf. We do not sell your data to third parties. The Mod Board cannot access or view any sensitive client data you enter into the system. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use The Mod Board for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of The Mod Board — including its design, code, and branding — are the exclusive property of The Mod Board and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Mod Board is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mod Board shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may cancel your account at any time from your Profile settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
